New oc: Neelam Hosni Tatham

so I got permission from the-shortest-cowboy to make a przedupra!

Neelam is a nice polite and quiet person who can be occasionally loud. She often apologizes and gets easily flustered when others touch her (regardless of if it’s hands or ears) due to her extremely sensitive skin. She has a rare mutation of hereditary central heterochromia which gives her eyes three different colours to her iris and pink tips on her ears, toes and fingers. (it’s unsure as to why her tail doesn't have a pink tip.)

Neelam broke her tooth and lost some of her left ear when she was younger, taking down her only brother to have her live. She happily embraced her cannibalistic nature but keeps apologizing before she eats them.

She stands at 4’5” and has a deep love of any and all dairy products and nuts.

The fourth character to have heterochromia! next to Pero (with neoplasm), Katherina (with hemosiderosis) and Setira (with standard heterochromia)!
